Course description

Designed for kids and teens who are either entering, or already in middle school or high school. This course will equip kids and teens with the most effective skill sets and strategies to deal with bullies as well as interpersonal violence. We also incorporate the families into these strategies so they can be an advocate for their kids with the school administrators.

• Bully Management Strategy for Kids & Families
• Bully Psychology
• Boundary Setting
• Verbal Agility
• Defensive Striking
• Defensive Grappling
• Dealing with Teachers & School Administration

Schedule:

• Day 1, 8:00 PM - 5:00 PM
• Day 2, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
