Foundations of JIU-JITSU

The Flagship Program of all of our Adult Classes. This class is open to Adults of all ages as well as Teens 14 and up. This is the Program where we start all of our new Beginner Students so that they have the best possible start at Jiu-Jitsu possible.
Taught exclusively by Head Instructor Jason Clarke, where he applies the most up to date and research based coaching methods and practice designs which are focused on optimal motor learning and skill acquisition of the students. The All Levels Program
Women's Only Jiu-Jitsu

These women only classes are taught by our talented female coaches and allow female students to get specialized instruction and to train in an environment that is fun, comfortable and specifically designed for women.
Taught in both Gi and No-Gi, this class is open to females 14 years old and up. |

Our reality based modern self-defense program is run by Law Enforcement defensive tactics contract company Close Range Tactics, LLC. Designed to help people of all abilities better defend themselves and their families.
