Modern Self-Defense/Close Range Tactics
Assault, robbery, kidnapping, rape, domestic violence and even homicide, all tend to happen at close range - often within arms' reach. The true self-defense applications of most martial arts systems is archaic, inadequate and not based on today's realities - or even on reality at all. The truth is, there are many variables that must be taken into account when actually learning, practicing and developing a realistic self-defense plan that can't be covered in a sport based martial arts system (Tae Kwon Do, Judo, Karate, Muay Thai, MMA, all traditional martial arts, and standard BJJ as it's taught at most other academies).
This class is MUST HAVE for anyone who wants to learn how to defend themselves. Whether you choose not to carry defensive weapons, or whether you've been carrying a concealed weapon for decades - this class is going to be a huge benefit for you. |
